Funding & Fees
At Belong Healthcare, we’re committed to making our services accessible to everyone. We assist our people in identifying funding options they may qualify for and guide them through the application process. Here are some of the funding avenues you can explore:
NDIS: We offer services covered under the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
My Aged Care: If you have a home care package this funding can be used to access our allied health supports.
Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plans: If you have a chronic medical condition, limited session rebates are available. Consult your GP for details.
DVA: We accept DVA clients with both Gold and White Cards. You will need a referral from your GP to access our services.
TAC: If you have been in a motor vehicle accident you may be eligible for physiotherapy funding through the Transport & Accident Commission. Consult your GP for details.
Private Health Insurance: Gap-only payments are possible onsite via our HiCAPS machine.
Self-Funding: Direct payment options are always available and some people may be eligible for payment. Please discuss with our admin team at beyondallied@outlook.com
NDIS & Aged Care Fees
ALL NDIS & Aged Care fees are set at the gazetted rate to ensure compliance with NDIS and My Aged Care standards. The following rates apply to our allied health services.Face-to-Face Allied Health Appointments:
- Rate: $193.99 per hour
Travel Time:
- Metropolitan and Suburban Areas:
- Rate: $193.99 per hour
- Maximum Charge: 30 minutes each way
- Regional and Remote Areas:
- Rate: $193.99 per hour
- Maximum Charge: 1 hour each way

- Kilometres Travelled: $1.00 per kilometre
Report Writing, Notes, and Liaison:
- Rate: $193.99 per hour
Private Fees
We offer competitive rates for our private physiotherapy and osteopathy sessions, as well as longer appointment times than most other clinics so you know you are getting value for money and the care that you deserve.
Initial Consultation:
- Duration: 50 minutes
- Rate: $165
Follow-Up Sessions:
- Duration: 35 minutes
- Rate: $110
- $146.66 for extended appointment
